Details about the building like envelope details and their insulation (floor, roof, ceiling, walls etc). North orientation of the building. Any specific equipment preference. Duct type preference.

Gather requirements

You need to give me some details and Architectural drawing files of your building for me to get started. I have prepared a list of questions which I would be giving you so that you can work on the answers to finish this first step.

Manual J Calculations

Manual J is the short industry name for Heat Load Calculation or Residential Load Calculation and is performed in order to determine how much cooling and heating a home needs to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Manual S Calculation

ACCA Manual S provides specific procedures for selecting HVAC equipment against a set of Manual J loads and design conditions.

Manual D Calculations

Manual D is the ACCA method used to determine the overall duct layout including the individual duct sizes. This generates a Duct Report.
